Take time for yourself. Take a walk, stay hydrated, and take breaks. People tend to work straight through when they work from home. Make yourself a designated work station and try to simulate the environment you would have in the office.
Having a daily standup is important. Ask others if they need help, but also don't be afraid to ask for help. Do not lose the personal connection with co-workers like grabbing a coffee, designate time to chat about life and not work. Making games and competitions are ways to stay connected and have fun. Take this time to also learn and take courses.
