J2 Plumbing & Heating is Saratoga Springs, New York’s top rated plumbing and heating service. After we designed and developed their new website and implemented PPC marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook, they began to quickly grow. With all of these new clients across Saratoga County, they needed more plumbers and technicians and a better way to keep track of everything. After hearing that, we proposed the tracker.
Using proprietary technology that we developed, we then designed and developed a mobile web app that assigns technicians to jobs on J2 Plumber’s end and tracking technicians throughout the project on the customer’s end. This tool not only improved internal processes, but it improved efficiency in projects and created a much better customer experience than before.
